Unmethylated Lambda DNA

Unmethylated cl857 Sam7 Lambda DNA (48,502bp) is isolated from infected GM119, an E. coli strain lacking both the dam and dcm methylase activities. Unmethylated Lambda DNA is used as a substrate for restriction enzymes sensitive to DNA methylation.

Storage Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 10mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA.
