Designed for use with T4 DNA Ligase to catalyze the joining of two cohesive- or blunt-ended strands of DNA between the 5´-phosphate and the 3´-hydroxyl groups of adjacent nucleotides. Ligate DNA inserts into plasmid vectors in as little as 15 minutes. No purification necessary prior to transformation of ligated DNA.
