Fourplex RT-qPCR System for Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 Detection in Wastewater Samples
Detect and quantify Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA in wastewater using the GoTaq® Enviro Wastewater Flu A, Flu B, SC2 System. The GoTaq® Enviro Master Mix allows sensitive measurement even in the presence of inhibitors common in wastewater samples, such as humic acids.
The kit contains four targets multiplexed into a single reaction. This includes primer/probe sets targeting influenza A, Influenza B and SARS-CoV-2, Pepper Mild Mottle Virus (PMMoV) as an internal process and amplification control.
