Literature # TM633
The CD28 Bioassay, Core Kit, is a bioluminescent reporter cell-based assay that can be used to measure the potency and stability of antibodies and other potential biologics that activate CD28. The bioassay consists of genetically engineered CD28 Effector Cells, and should be performed with either FcγRIIb aAPC/CHO-K1 Cells or aAPC/CHO-K1 Cells.
The FcγRIIb aAPC/CHO-K1 Cells and aAPC/CHO-K1 Cells are available separately, and provided in thaw-and-use format, as cryopreserved cells that can be thawed, plated and used in assay without the need for cell culture and propagation.
This Technical Manual is relevant for Cat.# JA6701 and JA6705; JA7701 and JA7705 (Korea); JA8701 and JA8705 (Taiwan).
