OncoMate™ MSI Dx Analysis System CE-IVD GeneMapper® Panels and Bins

Need Assistance

To facilitate analysis of data generated with the OncoMate™ MSI Dx Analysis System, we have created files (Panels, Analysis Method, Size Standard, Plot Settings, Table Settings and Report Settings) for import into GeneMapper® Software versions 5.0 and 6.0.

To import the panels and bins text files for GeneMapper® software, follow the instructions in the OncoMate™ MSI Dx Analysis Systems Technical Manual, TM595. For additional information, refer to the literature associated with GeneMapper® Software versions 5.0 and 6.0.
