Biotinylated Oligo(dT) Probe (50pmol/µl)

The Biotinylated Oligo(dT) Probe hybridizes with high efficiency to the 3´ poly(A) region present in most mature eukaryotic mRNA species. Hybrids can then be captured using streptavidin-coated paramagnetic beads, such as those provided in the PolyATtract® mRNA Isolation Systems and PolyATtract® System 1000, allowing for the isolation of an essentially pure fraction of mature mRNA after a single round of magnetic separation.
